Print a manipulated variable, inside e-mail, on Custom Collumns

Hi everyone.
I must to print on CED Files, using Custom Collumns, some variables results that I manipulate on the EMD. Until now, I'm replicating the same code that I use on the EMD, but I'ld like to know if there's a way to set the variable result directly on Custom Column.

It's possible?
