An important point, I don't work with generic/product APP development, all CX Apps implementations questioned here are customizations coming from the client.

I have a question about the architecture of CX Apps.

In Figure 001, I made a scheme that I understand is how it works

In Figure 001a, they are the clients' instances. Each customer has its instance (Account ID) of Responsys.

In these instances, the CX Apps feature is released.

I, as an implementer, have an AMS credentials (Figure 001b)

My credentials are unique, and with it I can work with different clients (Oracle Responsys).

It is within my account (AMS) that I configure the APPs (Figure 001c).
