Given Insight only shows "Global" unsubscribes, the only current option is to work with Segments to see who is unsubscribed at the Email Group level. The challenge from a reporting point of view is that this becomes a very manual process, especially if you're wanting to see who unsubscribed or subscribed as a result of a specific campaign from an email group.

Has anyone come up with a smarter way to get this information automatically by campaign?

Ideally it would be great if email group subscription status changes were shown in reports adjacent to global unsubscribe data.
