Personalize Thankyou page hosted in drupal website

Dear Eloquans,

one of the thank you page is hosted in drupal website and there I have a requirement to persoanlize the thank you page with 'email address'. when the user fills the unsubscribe form the page redirect to "Thank you PAge" and the meesage should be read as:

You preferences <email address> has been recorded and you will unsubscribed in next 7 days from all the communications.

The field merge works only at the landing page level so I am not sure how can we personalize the email address in drupal website. I tried web data look up but here we don't have text field so that the email address could populate. Can anyone have done similar to this? Any help would be much appriciated.
