We have requirement for Talent Review to achieve Potential Rating based on Potential Evaluation Questionnaire

Content

To measure potential, we consider 4 aspects – ability to perform at the next level role, learning agility to pick up new skills, aspiration to grow and engagement with the organisation. Based on the extent of display of these aspects, the employee’s future growth potential can be evaluated.

Managers can use the questionnaire below to arrive at the potential for their team members.
