Discrepancy in the Bounceback list and Unsubscribed list generated from Eloqua

Hi all,

I downloaded the entire Bounceback history with Messaging and the Email Unsubscribe Overview. Still, I find some contacts which are not present in these 2 lists not have got delivered. Where do I find these contacts? What could be the reason the do not reflect in either of the 3 lists viz. Delivered, Bounceback or Unsubscribed.

Also, there are a few contacts which reflect in the Bounceback list, but when checked individually in Eloqua as a contact, it appears to be a valid email address. Even if we assume them to be a soft bounceback, the number of soft bouncebacks does not come down at all. How to tackle such situation?
