Form submission data not mapping to contact record

We just started using iCapture to capture leads at tradeshows and the integration is set up to post the data to an Eloqua form.  In the form processing steps we have the data being updated to a custom data object, as well as contact record, but when we try to pull a segment based on the form submission data, it's not producing any results because the CDO is not mapping to the contact's record. We have many forms set up with very similar processing steps, but this issue seems to only be present for this specific form. We've tried troubleshooting
