How do I capture email asset ID in a blind form submit?

Hello!

We are adding an "Is this email relevant to you?" section in our emails and will have Yes and No buttons to capture the user's response via blind form submit. We'd like to be able to capture the email asset ID as part of the form submit, but I want to avoid hard coding the asset ID into the blind form submit link. Is there a way to create a field merge for the asset ID? I see some old posts on this, but no answers.

If there's a better way to capture the asset ID, I'm open to suggestions.
