New Oracle Eloqua Help Center - How to provide feedback?

What a surprise to see the new Oracle Elqoua Help Center redesign that is nothing like what I expected, which can be both a good and a bad thing.  Can't quickly find what I need?  Too much time is spent clicking around.  Page is not responsive to a desk top, too much real estate is wasted although logic maybe good for newby's, not so much for the season's Eloquans.

Is there a way to get the Content Tree back or even change the display for Desktop users?
