    • Checkbox not updating contact field from form

    I have a contact field that has a "Yes" "No" picklist. I want to put that on a form and then have that response (if checked="yes") to update the contact field. I am not able to get this to work. I believe it's because the checkbox is configured with an "on"/"off"; however, due to system integrations I must keep my contact field as "Yes"/"No". Is this possible!?
