Profiler and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Is there any way that Oracle could be more cleared in their release notes? Or at least get their support teams and product teams on the same page? Support is telling me that LinkedIn Navigator is still in CA....Topliners says that it's available.

Anyone else having this type of issue with feature releases?
