How do you update the favicon to your brand & name the title of a tab with an asset such as a PDF?

We are now having to house our downloadable assets in Eloqua, in this instance a pdf of an ebook.

Is there any work-around so that the tab can be my brand favicon and the name of the tab is simpler than the tracking ID it is given in Eloqua?
