I'm looking for a best practice that can help us with a use case for our Security Alerts.  We want to set a campaign canvas up with an email that includes an RSS type feed and alert users that subscribe when a new security alert has been posted to our website.  We do not want to create a new campaign and email each time there is a new security alert but rather be able to trigger the email that points to the page where the security alerts are posted.

Is there anyone doing something similiar?
