How to configure weekly email reports from Eloqua

Im trying to create a subscription to a Form Submission Data Report. In Classic Insight we've to generate the subscription but the new instance is not showing up that option.

The only thing similar is the Agent subscription, but im not being able to configure properly, cant choose the form to analyze for example.

Anyone with experience with this?
