Is it possible to send an email with specific DATE and TIME? using canvas dynamically equal to Today

Hi all,

Could you please help me? I am building a canvas program WHERE contact should have a specific Date and Time of send date, for example contact's send_date is 08/23/3018 10:00AM and the other send date is 08/23/2018 11:00 AM is it possible to receive the first 10:00 AM edm aside from using a WAIT STEP.... cause we only need to use email asset that sends every time (according to its data).. Thank you
