Is there a way to hide OOB Email Templates?

We have a team that we want to allow to edit and create emails from our custom built templates. However, for this new group of people do not want to allow them to start one from the out of box Eloqua Standard ones. We would prefer those not even be an option.

The ones I am referencing on wanting to hide are: Blank Responsive Email, 1 Column, and so on.
