Track Form Submissions

We are looking to place a script, or code,  within our Eloqua form HTML that is used for our web site forms that can track actual form submissions (successful form submissions) with Google Tag Manager.  Presently GTM captures all form submit clicks but we know some of these are invalid submissions.

Is anyone else trying to do the same thing?
