Eloqua CDO or Lookup table? How to add custom content to an email without relating to a contact?

Let´s see if anyone can help me on this one

I want to upload in Eloqua some complementary data, related with an specific field from my contact record table. And use this "custom" data to populate my emails with the Field merge functionality.


In my contact table I have the email address and an ID for the store where my user subscribed for ours communications. 


I want to be able to send emails with custom data for each store, and Dynamic content is not the best solution, as I have too many versions to work with. The custom data would be a field populated with specific dates for our next events, content related with each campaign, and also the store address, name, etc. So there are some contents that will change depending on the campaign (And I wanted to create some Eloqua Processes to upload that info when needed - by using forms or programs).
