Need help - how can I use a form from Eloqua to create a link pre-populated with the email used on i

I'm new here. Nice to "meet" you all.

I need to make a form, basic, first name, last name, email but the catch is that, after you fill this form your email would go pre populating the link from the "subscribe" CTA. Does that make sense? If it does, is it possible?
