Reg: Soft Bounce Back Contacts

My requirement now is to find the last 2 times soft bounced email list and exclude from segment, purpose is to avoid soft bounces in further deployments. I just tried to do with filter criteria's but could not get the exact result, In Spite of time period 1 Month or 10 Days need to find the number of attempts. Kindly help to share your thoughts and solve my query, also would like to know the possibilities to filter out these contacts in campaign level.
