Can you create a Salesforce Connection WITHOUT the Wizard?

I want to establish a basic connection between Salesforce and Eloqua, and the provided wizard would give me everything that I need at this point, but it was used in the past and apparently you only get one shot. Oracle only provides instructions on how to use the wizard or edit items already created by the wizard, nothing if you need to do it yourself.  I have heard the "hire someone" speech, and I will if I have to, but this is just for a very basic flow of contacts back and forth. I just want what the Wizard provides.
