Branded domain switch ended up breaking email links with tracking?

Has anyone tried to switch their branded domain and encountered the issue where all links with tracking and images hosted in Eloqua break? I've been dealing with support on the issue and gotten nowhere. I would love to know if anyone else went through a similar issue and how they resolved since support is being so helpful!
