Contacts Stuck in Segment Step, after Release 19A
After the Eloqua 19A Release over the weekend, we cannot get contacts out of our Eloqua segments. They are just stuck. They never flow into the following step.
I attached a screenshot of a simple campaign I created today. As you can see there are 8,400 contacts stuck in the Segment that never move to the Email step.
I have tried everything listed in this issue: as well as creating / recreating several different campaign & segment configurations. Nothing has worked so far.
Any ideas?
