HTMLS templates after 19B

Hi,

As we are moving out of HTML Blanks email template to responsive templates, what happen to some feature are not supported in Responsive template ..for E.g.  Client is using some standard Fonts for their content design and is not available in Responsive design.. Will Oracle will fix it or do we need to adhere to redesigning again using Custom Code..

Also what if client is using HTML templates and wants to move to responsive.. Do we need to redesign all templates in Eloqua?
