How to create Eloqua page tags and add to Wordpress website pages

Hello! I have a two-part question.

1. How do I create Eloqua page tags for different categories - example: electric vehicles, natural gas, hydrogen, etc.?

2. How do I add those page tags to my Wordpress web pages of different articles? Is there a code from Eloqua that I add to Wordpress somewhere?

I have numerous articles posted on my Wordpress site, and I want to be able to tag them with different topic categories, so then I can pull people into segments who have viewed articles with a certain page tag, such as "electric vehicles.
