Campaign Follow-Up
We have a regional team that wants to manage their follow-up from from submittals very differently than what is best practice within Eloqua. I'm hoping someone else has accomplished this and we can learn something new.
The regional sales team does not want the lead followed up from the form submittal but instead would like to have it followed up after the contact has received two emails from a specific nurture stream. (Based on the form submittal, the contact is routed to a specific nurture flow). They would like our telemarketing team notified when the contact has reached the second email in the stream.
