Issue with syncing Contacts from Segments to our App
We have a few mutual customers where we've had an issue receiving their Contacts (via Segments) until or unless they manually "refresh" the Segment.
For most customers, this sync of Contacts to our system (by the Oracle Eloqua REST API) is automatic. Whenever Contacts are added to a Segment, we receive those Contacts automatically. But for these customers, the sync isn't happening until they do a manual refresh of the Segment.
Some perhaps related details are that for one customer, they're using a custom field on a CDO to indicate when a Contact should be added to a Segment to then sync to our system.
