Delayed Email Delivery
Hello Community,
This issue has already been discussed with Eloqua Support and couldn't resolve. They were unable to recreate the scenario as this is not uniform; so, I'm reaching out to the dear community for guidance and help.
Since 30 days, we have been noticing delays (30-60 min) in Emails sent to our Internal employees from Eloqua Campaign Canvas. There have been several theories around it but no concrete answer to any of the questions; so, your guidance is very useful for us.
Possible reasons are
1. Eloqua servers are too slow delivery (but why is this happening to our Internal Employees and not to the clients(end-clients/prospects)
