Engage - send emails to globally unsubscribed contacts (i.g. by Customer Support or Sales Reps)

Hi Community, is there a way to overcome the default rule which is about blocking unsubscribed contacts from Engage (i.g. through Outlook plug-in)?

Any ideas on either native system setting, an app, or just a workaround would be appreciated.
