How to add a "Privacy Policy" link in a checkbox in an Eloqua Form?

Hi,

I am new here, so I don't know if I am posting this on the right place, but we have an Eloqua Form that need a "Privacy Policy" hyperlink within a checkbox... we created the checkbox but there is no option to add a hyperlink there...

How can it be done?
