How to make a simple Design Editor template not center in Outlook?

Hello -- I am attempting to use the Design Editor after years of using the Source code editor. Is there a way to create a template, or use one of the pre-built Eloqua responsive templates, to make an email message with only copy (no images) that does not center the text in Outlook? We would like it to justify left. We can do this using the Source editor, but every time we attempt it in Design, although it looks good when run through Litmus and in other email clients, the copy centers in Outlook.
