Can we send email from other system while creating all assets in Eloqua?

Hi,

Is there any app or can we use an SMTP server to send emails from the external system? What I am looking is we will create all campaigns and assets everything within Eloqua but when to trigger the email, it will use a third party app or different IP address or SMTP server to send the email. Is there something available in the marketplace or custom solution?
