How to perform OR operation check in a segment on a CDO field with in a single rule

Hi,

We have a scenario to get only contacts (that have linked CDO records) which pass all the specified conditions with in a single CDO record only, rather than each condition satisfied any any one of CDO records.

Let me put an example.

We have to get contacts that satisfy 4 conditions (CDO level attribute checks) altogether in a single CDO record. We can do this AND operation in a single rule (refer attached screenshot). There we have put 3 conditions and as a fourth condition, we have to check for a field holding either of 2 values, in a OR condition.
