which is better methode to synchronise Salesforce segment to Eloqua?

We know the Salesforce.com App provide many strong possibilites to synchronise the data between Eloqua and Salesforce CRM.

My question is how we synchonise the segment of Saleforce CRM campaign to Eloqua ? (maybe to sharelist) ??
