Can anyone tell me who are actually using Eloqua in your company?

i am a new user of eloqua, i just want to figure out some best practices that we can learn from.  I really appreciate if you could help to answer my questions as follows.

1.  there are just a few people in digital marketing team using eloqua or many people in other marketing teams are also using it in your company?

2. your marketers must operate every function well or they just focus on some specific functions?

3. who are using the campaign canvas ?

4. who are using the assets tools ?  content marketing manager , digital marketing manager or designer ?

5. who are using the contacts and segmentation tools ?
