Eloqua Report of contacts that did not get sent to

Hey Guys and Gals : )

Is the any type of report that displays which specific contacts (in an eloqua upload to a segment), that did not get sent to?

I have a list of 645 contacts. After I upload them to a segment (with our required filters) that total is now showing 561 contacts (meaning only 561 of the contacts will have the email sent to them).

So that is a difference of 84 contacts.

When I look at "excluded" within the segment, it shows the thousands in our system (not just the 84 contacts not getting sent to).

Does anyone know of a report, or a way to figure out who the 84 contacts that are being filtered out, are?
