Formatting emails sent to Apple Mac users

Hi there

We're using the new design editor to send emails but are receiving negative feedback from Apple Mac users.  Apparently the formatting appears different on a Mac device to other laptop devices.

Is anybody else experiencing this?

Does anybody have a solution?
