Can Eloqua contact activities be exported to Oracle Sales Cloud leads via the Campaign and Campaign

I am trying to find the best way to push specific contact activities (form submissions, email clicks, and email opens) to the lead object in Oracle Sales Cloud via the Oracle Sales Cloud Integration app. The documentation is limiting, but seems to propose that this can be done via Campaign Response actions. I am looking for a little guidance on how this can be done, as I do not see a way to test to ensure it it setup properly before enabling those actions.
