How to append UTM codes to individual URL links in email

My team uses UTM codes when we are sending out emails for a particular project, we're trying to append the UTM code to individual URL links within the email however Eloqua strips the code and automatically replaces it with it's own unique Eloqua tracking number.

Is there a way to put in customized UTMs for individual hyperlinks within an email? We also send out many emails so turning off the tracking completely wouldn't help as we still need it for our other campaigns.
