We need a double opt-in process for newsletter submission.

As this is not provided for the standard system in Eloqua, we followed a best practice guide to implement the process. So far, the process technically works and is structured as follows:

(1)  The Person signs up for the newsletter via a landing page (via form)

(2)  Person receives an email to confirm his email address and the Opt-In (Blind form is working here)

(3)  Forwarding to a landing page where the groups can be managed

  The problem occurs between step two and three:

To confirm the email address, a link ("Confirm email address") is sent with the email.
