Soliciting feedback on "Hired" req-specific candidate status automated emailContent
Good afternoon,
I'm interested in getting feedback on how other TBE users are using the automated email functionality when a candidate's req-specific candidate status is set to "Hired". Do all employees receive the same email? How do you handle two different groups of employees that have different onboarding needs?
The issue we are hoping to address is that we have two employee groups that have two different background check processes. Currently, both employee groups get the same automated email and we follow up with the 2nd employee group and let them know that they can disregard the email.
