Ical file dynamic change

in Eloqua

Hi,

I want to create an ical file to dynamically create an event, for example I want to have the event from 9 to 5 pm EST but when someone receives the ical file and saves it, it also shows 9 to 5 pm but in their respective timezone.

Is there a tool you recommend for doing this? Is there an integration/app for Eloqua that can help me create the file, add it and send it through an email?
