Strict Mode tracking banner not appearing even after adding the scripts

Hi All,

I have enabled Strict Mode Tracking in my eloqua instance, and added the countries to the Restricted List.

After this, I added the Eloqua Tracking Scripts along with the script that adds default banner at the top of the page to new visitors coming from restricted countries. The scripts are below and I add the Site ID for my eloqua instance as well in the Landing Page.
