How to assign contact to a Marketing Rep with in Eloqua

Hello Team,

I wanted to know how the contact assignment will happen with in the Eloqua so that when the marketing rep logs in to Eloqua he can directly work on them.

Requirement:

Before sending a lead to CRM (Oracle Sales Cloud), marketing team should qualify the contact (lead) based on available data(This part is fine). And non qualified contacts (lead) should be assigned to a Marketing Rep (MktRep1) in Eloqua for nurturing.

When MktRep1 logs in to Eloqua he should see the non qualified contacts (leads) and make some updates in eloqua for further processing.

How MktRep1 can see all these contacts at one place which allows open and edit the contact?
