Eloqua-Oracle Sales Cloud Rest API Framework Update (Sept 2017)

Overview

In the recent 238 Oracle Eloqua Apps release (15 September 2017), Oracle Eloqua upgraded the Oracles Sales Cloud Integration App to utilize Oracle Sales Cloud's REST API framework version 2. This upgrade was required to improve import performance for customers using Oracle Sales Cloud R12.  As part of this upgrade, your imports may be failing due to invalid filter syntax. Certain query operators and syntax that could be used in an import filter are no longer compatible in version 2 and must be updated.

Next Steps

  • If you are using Oracle Sales Cloud R12 and using the Oracle Sales Cloud Integration App, please confirm imports are working correctly. If they are not, please test your import queries if you have customized them (Edit each import, click test under the filter text box). If your import query no longer works, please review and update the syntax in the query using the following guidelines.
