Deprecation of “Register a Domain” Feature (May 2018)

Overview

As of Oracle Eloqua's 18B update (May 18, 2018), customers will no longer be able to register (and purchase) a new domain directly via Eloqua.

What's Changing?

With a goal of streamlining our product to focus on our core strengths, we have chosen to no longer offer the feature whereby we resell domain purchase services. Instead, customers will continue to be able to register domains purchased through their preferred vendor with Eloqua.

Customers who have previously purchased domains through Eloqua will not see any negative impact to their content or assets, but should take note of the timeline below regarding renewal of existing domains
