Native Oracle Sales Cloud Integration Deprecation (Jun 2019)

Overview

With the Oracle Eloqua 18A release in February 2018 a new integration with Oracle Sales Cloud was introduced. As a result of the release, the previous 'native' integration is being deprecated and will be no longer supported as of June 1, 2019.

What’s Changing?

Oracle is ending support for the ‘native’ Eloqua integration to Oracle Sales Cloud on June 1, 2019 in favor of the new Oracle Sales Cloud Integration app, available in the Oracle Cloud Marketplace: https://cloudmarketplace.oracle.com/marketplace/en_US/listing/35104700.

It is recommended that you evaluate your current native integration setup and configuration and map it to the integration app.
