Could not resolve branded URL - Email Link Redirect Error

Issue

When a user click on links in an emails the links goes to a error page with "Could no resolve brand URL" message.

The email itself is setup to "Enable Eloqua Email Tracking" and the link itself is setup to "Add tracking for untracked external pages"

Possible Cause

External tracked links will be redirected via an Eloqua processing page. This processing page will take the parameters provided in the URL that are being passed. You might be automatically passing these via external tracking parameters where you might add thinks such as campaign ID, campaign name, user ID's, UTM codes via the URL. This could be so other applications such as web tracking tools can use these fields in their reporting .
