Eloqua Announcement: Quarterly Update and Maintenance Start Time Changes

Overview

As part of our ongoing initiative to continuously improve our customers' experience, Oracle is aligning quarterly update and maintenance windows. Therefore, all Oracle application updates and maintenance will start at the same time across data centers located in the same geographic region.

Timeline

Beginning in 19C (August 2019), new start times are as follows:

  • Pods 1,2, 3 and 4: Friday, 22:00 EDT / EST
  • Pod 6: Friday, 21:00 UTC
  • Pod 7: Saturday, 00:00 AEST / AEDT

Next steps

You will receive separate notifications with timing details prior to updates and maintenance.

As a reminder, our next release (Eloqua 19C) takes place: August 16, 2019: POD 1, 2, and 7August 23, 2019: POD 3, 4, and 6
