Eloqua's Move to OCI: SFTP Integrations and Action Required

POD 6 - Update Aug 20, 2021: We have now confirmed that the Eloqua POD 6 maintenance has been scheduled for October 22, 2021.


Update Jan 14, 2021: Please be advised the Eloqua POD 6 maintenance that was scheduled for Jan 15, 2021 has been postponed. We will provide an updated date when possible.

What's changing?

Related to Eloqua’s Move to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), if you are leveraging SFTP for your integrations you will need to update your SFTP Server’s Allowlist configuration prior to the maintenance window scheduled for the Move to OCI. Failing to do so prior to the maintenance window conclusion will cause your SFTP integration to fail.
